Reformation of Dynamic Railroad Track Scale for Molten Iron Calculation

Pointing to some problems included big vibration of table surface and big measurement error, etc, in the application process of dynamic special railroad track scale for molten iron calculation the reformation has been made from some ways of machinery, electric device and software. The comprehensive error ratio of the system has been decreased form 2% to 0.34% by means of lengthening the length of table surface, exchanging the sensor to elimination the measurement error between day and night, etc.
