Comment on the Copyright Protection System in Internet of U.S.A

The development of Information Net Technology has greatly influenced the copyright protection system in USA.The legislative institution and judicial body have already revised and repaired the copyright protection system based on the former law system. They have accumulated some definite experience on these critical matters such as the right of the copyright owner, the responsibilities and restrictions on the online service providers and the right of use. These revisions will produce reference effect for perfecting the copyright protection system in China.
