Discussion on Several Problems with Safety Monitoring System of Long-distance Water Diversion Projects

In combination with the construction management experience in safety monitoring of the Ningbo Baixi Water Diversion Project,the Wanjiazhai Yellow River Water Diversion Project in Shanxi and the Dongjiang-Shenzhen Water Diversion Project in Guangdong,the different characteristics and requirements of such projects are expatiated.Some problems such as the design of automatic monitoring system,construction,quality control,operation and maintenance are discussed.This discussion is significant for the design,construction,operation and management of similar projects.
