The Criminal Protection of Network Commercial Secret

Along with the net’s development,the serious and abominable tort can not be solved by civil law and administrative law,the commercial secret on the net not only need to be regulated by civil law,administrative law and economic law,but also need to be regulated by criminal law.Under the network environment,a lot of variety has emergedin theobjective aspect andthe subjectiveaspect of crime,criminal subject,thecurrent criminal legislation has been insufficiency.The author suggest that we should castigate the correlative law or statute as early as possible,so as to increase the extent of the criminal protection of network commercial secret.
