Construction of Threshold Scheme on Share of Secret Based on the Problem of Hermite Interpolation

Based on the threshold scheme of Shamir and the problem of Hermite interpolation,a new threshold scheme on share of secret is constructed in this paper. Feasibility of the scheme is proved. Besides,Security on the scheme is discussed also.
