With the rapid development of network technology, the traditional circuit-switched network,in terms of traffic design, capacity, networking and switching form, has been unable to adapt to the requirement of the development trend of open network which can provide voice, data and video in the same time. The evolution from traditional switching network to NGN based on soft-switch has would not be halted.Adapting the system based on soft-switch technology, building the warship integrated network based on NGN,realizing the separation of business and bearing network is an inevitable trend of the development of communication system.
