ANALYSIS ON PROBLEMS OF DIGITAL SEISMIC PRECURSORY NETWORK IN XINJIANG

In earthquake system,digital seismic precursory data are more and more,but the problems of this technique and management are also obviously existed. The methods to solve these problems are analyzed in the paper.
