The technology of MCU,USB interface and Visual C++ software programming are combined skillfully in this system.Eal-time data display and long-term data preservation are achieved,and the data includes various index of physical functions and the intensity of fitness.It makes the system simplicity and practicality that user upload the data to Personal computer in which user can look over the former data of exercise by user-friendly interface.Health status of the exerciser can be in control of the exerciser and professional personnel of medical and health care.Besides,more reasonable fitness way can be constituted based on the analysis.This system has a high practical value.
