Full parameter synchro/resolver simulator based on DSP

The design and realization of a new type synchro/resolver simulator are proposed.The hardware and software function of the simulator are designed based on DSP.The simulator can implement simulation and measure of wide range and high precision shaft angle,including two-channel,ratio programmable,shaft angle signal and reference voltage programmable,input signal voltage and frequency self-adaptation,angle measure,display and save and so on.Test has proved accuracy for single channel less than 36″ and combined channel less than 0.3″.Therefore,the simulator can be widely applied in angle simulation and measure in shaft-angle conversion control system with high precision.
