Construction of Intervention System of Network Mass Incidents from the Perspective of Group Development Model

A growing number of network mass incidents have recently attracted much attention,also have brought new challenges for the government to prevent.The important content of the study about internet group event is how to move forward,prevent,resolve,and respond it effectively.This paper quoted group development model to analysis the process of internet group events: presentation,conflict,condensation,transformation and subsidence.On this basis,the intervention system of network mass incidents could be constructed.
