Application of total station on engineering geophysical exploration

Many specific three-dimensional coordinates are needed in geophysical exploration engineering,and the total station can quickly provide a precise three-dimensional coordinates,can reflect the position of geophysical prospecting line accurately and rapidly on the engineering drawing.In this paper,the prospecting methods and requirements of coordinate measuring and setting-out survey of total station in the operation of engineering geophysical prospecting.And engineering geophysical prospecting are taken as an example to elaborate the advantages of total station,such as saving both time and labor,high precision,low cost and so on.
