An Outline of the Management of Standardization in Library Circulation and Reading Work

Introducing management of standardization into library circulation and reading work can enhance the management efficiency of circulation and reading,solve its practical problems,and achieve universal and equal lending service.Management of standardization in library circulation and reading work should adhere to three basic principles including service-oriented,people-oriented and scientific and systematic.And it mainly consists of four aspects which are management of standardization in working environment,management of standardization in operating,management of standardization in readers service and management of standardization in position and staff.In the implementation process,several supporting measures such as establishment of standards,conducting supervision and inspection,timely adjustment of standards,finding effective incentive should be noted.
