Design and Realization of Communication Control Card in the Telecommunication Terminal

A sort of way which multi SCM communicate with PC is introduced. And through the design of the piece of communications control card, it can achieve the real time communications with multi SCM and transmit data to upper computer so as to communicating reliability and efficiency . Finally,the whole design diagram flow of hardware circuit and software are given.
