Solution to CMMI Resource Model

Resource model is one technique of constructing process asset library of CMM or CMMI.It is used to describe the distribution of invested resources in software project,and is often used by organization's software projects during their planning estimation.Resource model is the basic process technique requirement for organization's promotion to maturity level 3,and also is a difficult problem of software measurement.The related concepts and issues of resource model are discussed.And one solution to building resource model is given by using mathematical method.
