The management of the digital ICU

Objective:To summary the management experience of digital ICU. Method: Based on the ICU platform of the hospital information system, the efficient management of ICU patient's information was achieved through connection with much other hospital software. The management of medical staff and clinical work were implemented through OA-System and the ICU Nurse-Integration-Workstation. To achieve the financial management, the Cost-Accounting system, the Performance-Management System and the ICU Material-Management System were applied. Conclusion: The modern, standard and effective management of ICU can be achieved based on digital platform.
