THE IMPROVEMENT OF MEASUREMENT SUDDENLY-CHANGE DETECTION METHOD

A novel method of bad data detection isprisented in this paper.This method, on the basis ofsuddenly-change detection, is an improved one. It uses weight type ISODATA method and fuzzy theory clustering analysis to measurement value. By using this improved ISODATA method, a bad data and its degree of bad data set can be found out.Test examples indicate that the method can improve detectiongresult.
