Design and Implementation of DNC System Based on Ethernet

With the rapid development of manufacturing technology,most of manufactuers have introduced new cnc equipments,but also due to the shortage of advaced manufacturing technology talents,these new eqiupments are idle,but not effectively used.In view of this status the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Training Center of Southeast University has built a networked manufacturing technology laboratory.Through the training,students can meet the demand of advaced manufactring enterprises. Based on listing the development status and the trend of the current network DNC,and in light of the actual situation,the paper introduces the design and application on network DNC in the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Training Center of Southeast University. Finally,the communication test of DNC system is given a detailed description.
