The Digital Signal Processing System of Quasi-Continuous Wave Radar

This paper brings forward a new radar system-Quasi\|Continuous Wave(QCW) radar based on comparing the characteristic of Continuous Wave radar and pulse radar and synthesizing the virtues of them. The basic principles and composing of the digital signal processing system of the QCW radar are introduced in this paper. The author paid much attention to explain the function and realization of Maximum\|entropy\|spectral\|estimation(MESE), showing the excellent performance of QCW: lower capture probability, better anti\|jamming capacity and higher measure precision.
