A Research on Sampling Frame Problem in China's "Agriculture,Countryside and Farmers" Survey Sampling

In the late of 1990s,the problems of Agriculture,Countryside and Farmers gradually become more prominent in China,and then surveys sampling involved Agriculture,Countryside and Farmers are more and more.Most of the sampling frames of Agriculture,Countryside and Farmers are compiled on census and administrative records.There are many drawbacks only using list frame.The paper put forward the specific ideas about solving the existing problems.In the building phase,establish simple multiple sampling frame combined the list frame with area frame,and add feature group based on the simple sampling frame,and then build the complicated sampling frames for fitting in with different survey target.In the updating and maintenance stage,through the reasonable system arrangement and on the basis of the census data and make the chance of the sampling frames database's construction to carry on updating and maintenance.So the sampling frames are timely and effectively updated and maintained.
