Design of network literature transfer system and its implementation

The objective of designing a network literature transfer system was outlined with its development and operation environment introduced.The two function modules of the system,namely the user function module and the manager function module,were described.Finally,the characteristics of the system were analyzed and the related database development techniques used in its development were listed.
