Integration of WebGIS and data mining based on internet

Data mining, a useful method to discover knowledge from data, can be applied to GIS in order to enhance its analysis a-bility . WebGIS is an extension of GIS, but the ability of spatial analysis and decision support is rather poor now. If data mining based on internet and WebGIS are integrated together, we can effectively enhance the ability of analysis of WebGIS. This paper focuses on the integration of DM based on internet and WebGIS and proposes the models of the integration.
