Research on Current Measurement Dynamic Characteristics of PCB Air-core Coil

Printed-circuit board(PCB) air-core coil is suitable to be used as current measurement,because it has good features in measurement accuracy,consistency of parameters,convenient design and manufacture.The electromagnetic parameters of PCB coil is different from conventional coils because of the different coil structure and manufacture technology.Thus,the steady-state measurement error and the dynamic characteristics can not be achieved simultaneously if the conventional optimization method of load resistor is adopted.Based on the analysis on the equivalent circuit model and electromagnetic parameters of PCB coils,the dynamic characteristics optimization method with correction network and zero-pole point configuration is presented.Mathematic analysis and experiment results show that the high frequency oscillation of coil is suppressed as the stead-state measurement accuracy of 0.2 S is ensured.
