From the beginning of 1970s the problem of biology safety having been put forward,the risk control and risk appraisal of transgenic biology had been paid high attention by different country's governments and scholars.The research of transgenic botany made a great progress since 1990s,so it is necessary to strenthen the risk control and risk appraisal of transgenic botany.Here discussing the shortcoming of the risk control and risk appraisal of transgenic biology in our country at present,raising up the countermeasures of the risk control of transgenic biology in our country.
