Application of Correlation Analysis and Improved BP Network in Dam monitoring forecast

An optimization program is proposed for multi-effect analysis credibility problem on dam safety monitoring prediction model caused by correlation of impact factors and nonlinear dynamic system characteristics.First,correlation analysis is taken with all varieties to get dimension reduction and principal components on which a BP neural network regression model could be built Then,weights and thresholds coefficients of network are solved based on artificial particle swarm optimization algorithm.Compared with stepwise regression,BP NN regression,this model has better fitting results,forecast accuracy and higher robustness,which shows some significance of dam state evaluation and engineering practicability.
