Fuzzy mathematics method was used to study Cooperative games. That is called fuzzy Cooperative games. Then authors applied the fuzzy structured element theory to analyze fuzzy Cooperative games. The membership function of the fuzzy Shapley value can getanalytic expression.The an example is used to illustrate the specific application of the model. After comparing the results of different research methods, the model not only to ensure the continuity of the membership function, but also gives the possibility ofeach number in the range. This method can providemore accurate information formanagers.
