Research and Implementation of DAIS Data Access Services Based on Component

A method to implement DAIS data access service is proposed,which is a part of a distributed power control system based on components and follow the IEC 61970 standard.With a lots of research on the data access of DAIS,Designing and implementing the information modal of DAIS data access part,design and implementation of the DAIS data access information model,accomplish the mapping between the CIM data model and the DAIS data access the information model are presented.Based on this model,implement DAIS data access service which used Visibroker4.5 and C++builder6.0 and solved the problems in the implementation.
