Evaluation of the Uncertainty Degree in Measurement Results of the ash content in Wheat flour

The paper evaluates the uncertainty degree in measurement results of the ash content in wheat flour, measures the ash content in wheat flour by Ignition at 550℃.Depending on analysis and quantification on the uncertainty component which can affect the sample measurement results, we obtained the measured standard uncertainty degree and expanded uncertainty degree, presented various components of the uncertainty degree in measurement results of the relative contribution, and also made the statements of the measurement results.
