With the development of financial market,it is a radically way that improved the level of counter service to the survive and development of the bank.The counter services has been given high priority,and has been invested considerable human,material and money,but the systematic of itself determines that is not enough only by the way of improving their level of service and hardware.There are still a lot of problems on the counter service.So,the problems were analyzed in the article.We learned the experience of advanced counter service from the Mainland and Hong Kong's to improve the whole level of service.
