With the Network demand leap,on the network quality of service requirements are also getting higher and higher, congestion has become a very common and important problem.There are many reasons for network congestion,for various reasons have corresponding mitigation and solution.This paper presents a method based on congestion control and resource regulation of DDoS attacks defense strategy,the strategy by the router end and a target end together,preventing DDoS attack.
