Incident Emergency System Based on Workflow and Math Statistics for Water Supply Project

An automatic incident emergency plan based on service-oriented application(SOA) and workflow model which can prevent accidents and improve incident handling capability for long-distance water supply project is proposed.It can implement early detection of incidents,intelligent diagnosis and process automation and standardization.Then based on various history incident process information,through math statistical model each step of single incident emergency plans and property of kind,time,location,etc of danger total incidents are dealt with statistics,analysis,and exploration.Finally,the report of plan self-optimization and accident prevent may be obtained to achieve the incident pre-warning and decision-making support for manager procession.
