A Non-linear Prediction Speech Coding Based on RNN

In this paper, a non linear prediction speech coding ADPCM algorithm based on RNN is introduced. In this coding system,long term correlation is extracted by using the inner memory of RNN.Experiment results indicate that the speech quality of the system based on RNN is better than that of standard G 721 system.
