Performance analysis of defending logic cell against electromagnetic side channel attack

The performance of defending cell determined the performance of defending circuits implemented by the semi-customed design flow,which was used for fighting against electromagnetic side channel attack.Four performance indexes were given to evaluate defending cell,meanwhile,an evaluation flow was proposed according to IC design tools.
