Diagnosing with the aid of PACS,doctors tend to get more information except images,including patients' age,sex andso on.Based on DICOM.we introduce a method of acquiring data element and ensure the flexibility and expandability of applica-tion by configuration files.The result demonstrates that after processing of DCM data Element,PACS ensures the normally displayof the original images.At the same time it offers doctors more information to diagnose.
