Discussion on Development and Application of Property Management Software

This paper discussed the problems in the development and application of a property management information system. Development of software should determine the system structure, topology structure of network, platform. The understanding of the software by staffs who using the property management information system will determine the effectiveness of application. The training and education of basic knowledge of computer should be strengnthened.
