This paper introduces a ultra-high frequency narrow band low noise amplifier circuit,the circuit structure compact(20 mm x 13 mm,thickness of 0.6 mm),the function is reliable and stable.Amplifier chip adopt 3 sk318yb,this chip with high gain,low noise characteristics.Circuit is mainly used in high frequency band microwave communication,circuit topology structure the feedback type,stable attenuator method and low gain attenuation method to carry on the design.Production of finished products and the test,the product price is high,fully meet the design requirements.
