The Management of Requirement Changes in Software Project

The requirement changes have being one of the top risks and influence the quality of software project. This paper analyzes the reasons of requirement changes, and concludes the prime principle of requirement changes. A solution which manages requirement changes based on experience of software project is given. This solution is compendious, complete and operability and has been used in many projects. It can be helpful to the requirement analysts, designers and developers.
