In the network environment,the contents of the copyright have changed.This requires that laws can fit with it.In view of factors like economy,technology and management,a number of countries including China make laws about exempting from legal responsibility for internet service providers'infringement of the copyright of network.To enhance the protection of the copyright of network requires that copyright protection association and internet service providers should play critical role.
