In this paper, the situation of GIS data uncertainty is analyzed, and the main issues of GIS data uncertainty are concluded. Based these, the frame of GIS data uncertainty is built primarily. Meanwhile, Integrating the methods of nonlinear complexity science, some methods of GIS data uncertainty are described in detail.
