Typical problems encountered in microwave vacuum freeze-drying

Some typical theoretic, technical and equipment problems of vacuum freeze-drying with microwave heating system encountered in the related research are analyzed, and the ways to resolve these problems in design, technology and reasonable operating rules are put forward to be applied to improve and optimize microwave vacuum freeze-drying systems.
