Performance of miaoshan story is one of the most important characteristics to the high-pitched tune of Hunan province.So far,there are two different acting editions which are the nanyouji of Hengyang high-pitched tune and xiangshan of Chenhe high-pitched tune in Hunan province.There are many same characteristics,such as the popularization about the contents and ritualization about the form.It is the result of the huxiang culture which lays store by the old superstition and actual practicality.
