Expert System for Soldiers' Regular Ideological and Political Work

According to the practical requirements of ideological and political work in the army,a kind of expert system which is used to diagnose the soldier's mentality and guide the soldier's psychology is proposed.Considering the fuzzy property and uncertainty of some knowledge,it uses the knowledge representation method that combines frame and fuzzy production rule,and then adopts the fuzzy reasoning and the method of average value choice of best match possibility distribution to deal with the conflicts.Finally,the implementation of an example is given,and the result shows that the method is effective and reliable,thus has practical applied value.
