A practical criteria for nonsingular H-matrix

Nonsingular H-matrix is applied widely in control theory,economic mathematics,etc.However,nonsingular H-matrix is determined difficultly in practice.The generalized strictly α-diagonally dominant matrix is applied to obtain a new condition of practical criteria for nonsingular H-matrix.Some results in literature are generalized,and the efficiency of the proposed criteria is showed by a numerical example.
