Aim To study a sort of measurement circuits which can translate small inductive variation exactly into voltage variation under bad circumstances so as to read, dispose and store. Methods A measurement circuit consisting of two step instrumentation amplifiers is used to pick up inductive variation, which can largely raise the Common Mode Rejection ratio, resist noise and control temperature drift effectively . Besides, two resistances are used to adjust phase and amplitude in order to make zero output in the beginning of measurement. Results The measurement circuit is used in torque transducers of the torsional rods in tanks and testified to be effective. Conclusion The measurement circuit will be universally available to inductive transducers with small inductive variation.
