Research and Application of Visualization for Power Dispatching

With the characteristics of multi-goals,mass data,system diversification and multi-dimensional content for power dispatching,visualization technology has become an important issue for power dispatching center.This paper proposes an integrated framework for visualized power dispatching,in which visualization data supporting platform and visualization application supporting platform are depicted respectively in detail.The visualization data supporting platform lies at the low level in the proposed framework,which includes visualization model,visualization data integration,and visualization data interface,etc.But the visualization application supporting platform lies on the top of the visualization data supporting platform,which also includes several components,such as speech interaction technique,automatic drawing and so on.Further,based on the practical practice,this paper describes visualization techniques for real-time dispatching from aspects of real-time monitoring,real-time analysis and real-time control.Finally the development tendency of visualized dispatching is outlined.
