Analysis on Spatial and Temporal Change of Real Estate Price

In this paper,taking spatial and temporal data model and real estate prices as study objects,based the spatial and temporal data model which is feature-oriented and event-oriented,combined with database,statistical analysis,data mining techniques,it constructed the spatial-temporal data model based on location(raster) and Object(Vector).Then it achieved on the query and management of the Maanshan's real estate prices.
