Analyzes the process of warship battle damage assessment,gains basic process of warship battle damage assessment.Analyzes limitation and deficiency of traditional research of warship battle damage assessment.On the basis of matter-element and Bayesian net theory,sets up node matter-element model and matter-element Bayesian net model,and puts forward the theory of matter-element Bayesian net.Based on the character of warship battle damage assessment,analyzes the step how to set up warship battle damage assessment model and correlative work.At last takes a warship's operation system as an example,establishes its damage assessment model of matter-element Bayesian net.The application example shows the feasibility,applicability and maneuverability.
