The Design of Wind Turbine Monitoring System Based on MCGS

The wind turbine monitoring system adopts two-level control-the host and slave systems. The host system,composed of a computer and universal software of monitoring system,can perform many functions such as data acquisition,display and monitoring. The slave system,based on the Siemens S7- 200PLC,can realize automatic control of the wind power generator by means of wind direction measurement,wind speed measurement,sand content measurement in wind and PID control. They can serve as reference for relevant enterprises in using their existing equipment to establish a computer control system.
