Unintentional modulation feature extraction of radar emitter signals based on Gaussian Chirp atoms
Long Liang-jiang · Microcomputer Information · 2010
An approach to extract the unintentional modulation features of radar emitter signals is presented in view of the individual differences. Based on the over-complete multiscale dictionary of Gaussian Chirp atoms, the radar emitter signals with phase noise are decomposed into a linear expansion of atoms by the method of Matching Pursuit. Then, some optimal Gaussian Chirp atoms describing unintentional modulation features are obtained, and thus the parameters of the optimal Gaussian Chirp atoms and the similarity are considered as individual feature parameters. The individual feature parameters extracted can be effectively characterized the unintentional modulation of radar emitter signals from data obtained experimentally.
