The Design, Manufacture and Measurement of Power Transformer

Power transformer is an important part of modern electronic equipment, and it is mainly used in transmitting all sorts of signal power (single frequency, narrow frequency, multi-frequency). In this paper, we mainly introduce the elementary theory and design method, and illustrate the design and facture process of transformer. Based on example of the transformer for monopole backward-activated type switching power supply, properties testing and parameters analyzing of transformer samples have been done.
