Coping Strategies to Malignant Multiple Contributions of Journal Editorial Department

Malignant multiple contributions have been defined as a behavior that the author uses concealment,deception and other means on purpose,resulting in his or her papers being published by more than one journals.This behavior violates the exclusive right of journals.It also has very bad influences on the academic environment.In order to cope with this,journal editors can take the following strategies: sign the copyright transfer agreement,define the rights and obligations between the authors and the journal editorial department;charge the review fees,increase the costs of the breach of contract;speed up manuscript processing, improve the efficiency of manuscript handling;and use the academic misconduct detection system to improve the technical level of searching Repeat.
